Auf La Palma gibt es über 2 Dtz. Puromanufakturen. Es sind alles kleine Familienbetriebe mit 3-4 Mann (o. auch Frauen). Nach alten Rezepten stellt jede Manufaktur ihre eigenen Puros her.
